Really not much to do in Pangkor except to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. The food at the main restaurant was quite extensive and quote a variety to choose from.

Pangkor is a small island with not a great deal to do on it. However, this was what we required.

Pangkor Island may not be as unspoilt or beautiful as some of the East Coast islands like Redang, but it is much easier to get to from K.L., quieter and less 'overdeveloped' than islands like Penang, and a pretty good option for an accessible holiday. Some very nice sandy beaches, the water appeared clean. Some coral and marine life that is easily accessible (although evidence that it is being damaged). Good transport round the (small) island via the pink minibus taxis.

because I just wanted to relax we didn't make any tours. but i checked that there is a lot to see and the offer for special tours are there. we will spend our holidays to 99 % again next year in this resort and then I m sure, that I will visit the island and take part on some tours.

Breakfast is relatively great. If you spent
your holidays here with your family,
you could have really comfortable time here.

Go for a kayak around the island and find a deserted beach. If I was staying for longer I'd also try the restaurants at the nearby (20 min walk) Teluk Dalam resort.

A calm place to relax for some days, but not more than 3 or 4.
I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

It is best to take your motorcycle licence and ride around Pangkor Island. Babysitting and a creche is available.
The snorkelling tour is worthwhile but leave the babes at home.

We were lazy this holiday - so did v little. Rented a motorbike & drove around the island.
Only two hours with a couple of stops. A few
restaurants dot the small island but didn't try any of them. Not too much else to see. Main town has usual selection of T shirt shops.
Little traffic outside of the town. A few beaches to stop off at and sit on.
