Stayed at Hunter Resort Country Estate - Hunter Valley, Australia.

Staff are pretty snobby in the resort's restaurant. But we found some great restaurants with friendly staff and better value within 10 minutes drive of the resort (Amanda's on the Edge was our favourite).
