Stayed at Whalers Rest Motor Inn - Great Ocean Road, VIC, Australia.

Good location from which to visit the volcanic cones and crater lakes in the area. Wonderful scenery and wildlife.
Beautiful coastal scenery; a visit to Cape Bridgewater is a must; lots of scenic walks on the cliffs.
Port Fairy is also worth a visit.
