KK is a very nice change from towns in the Peninsula. Loved the islands and the beach, too bad I forgot my camera! Plus the Filipino market is good for souvenir hunting. Was impressed by the size of the town, still much to explore, will definitely pay another visit.

Great if you stay in one of the beach side resorts and are not desirous of stepping out. Very little to do in the city and hardly any restaurants/shopping worth the name

A pleasant venue in an interesting part of town. Tours taken were interesting and service was of good standard. The night market was great.

The Orang Tang's are a must see, the antics are very entertaining, a pleasure to watch. The Sunday Market bike ride was a great way to get some exercise, see some of the local culture. The market were interesting, bargins were very easy to find. A massage is a pleasant way to ensure that all of your muscles are relaxed after your ride into town.
