Stayed at Club Fiji Resort - Nadi, Fiji.

I had been to Fiji 22 years before and had a cherished memory of it. When the opportunity came to bring my husband here I leapt at it and again took a cruise. This time we took the Captain Cook cruise led by Tui on the Spirit of the Pacific, a 2 masted schooner for 4 days.
It was fun, interesting and a learning experience. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 23 to 65 and ranged in swimming levels from paddlers to highly able. All enjoyed the snorkelling especially the 1st timers who gained a great sense of achievement. We learned the Kava ceremony, traditional dancing, visited a village, and listened nightly to the beautiful harmonies of the crew who sang not to entertain us but for their own great pleasure in singing songs of the South Pacific. We enjoyed the warm waters of the beach at our door, and showers by starlight. I highly recommend it to those who like a little adventure.
Restaurants - We enjoyed the food and air conditioning at RJ's across from the Dominion Hotel and the Chef's behind Jack's trading store in Nadi.

Stayed at Matamanoa Island Resort - Mamanuca Islands, Fiji.

Only one restaurant on Matamanoa, which was OK, but service was occasionally slow and it's worth having them read back your order to you.
