Dynasty, Chinese restaurant, on 4th floor is excellent. It was a very good movie in Space Museum, called 'The Antarctic Adventure' more than expected. It made my body cooling down but my heart hot and warm. Worth seeing.

Hong Kong is no doubt THE place in Asia. Nightlife is extreme, and by day, there is always something to do. For those who enjoy the single life, Wan Chai is to be recommended. Others, who like the more regular nightlife scene, Lan Kwai Fong is recommended (especially C-Club), and visit Ing Club in the Peninsula Hotel.
Great area for shopping, and make sure that you visit TImes Square in Central.
Transportation in Hong Kong is great, ample taxis, fares are cheap (15 HKD will get you a long way!) and yo do not need to worry about getting the usual tourist run-around when you take a taxi. A to B, and thats it. Never a little A to C, then a spin around D and F, then to B. =)
The chinese are very honest, and the city is very clean and safe. I highly recommend Hong Kong to anyone. And for gods sake, do NOT forget to go up to Victoria Peak, both by night and by day. The view is breathtaking..

Business trip so no free-time.
Although the Felix Bar at the Peninsula hotel, has an astounding view across the harbour during sunset.

The Shanghainese restaurant is excellent . The sports bar is fine if you don't eat ... even the non-smoking area tables are afflicted by second hand smoke.

The hotel is in Kowloon, so you have to take a ferry to hong kong Island-which is a very pleasant experience. We went to Stanly on HK island. This is a very pretty little town. It has a clean beach, with lifeguards and good facilities. The market is also great value.
WAn chai, is worth a visit for the sheer outrageousness at nightime. But there is a wonderful tattoo shop located here called Rickys an Pinkys tatto. They are really friendly, speak good English and the tattoos have good clean lines!

Hong Kong is a busy hustling city so if you are looking to relax come to Barbados. If you want action, this is the place. The Peak is absolutely spectacular at night and offers a lovely view. Watched the Brazil semi final in the Deco restaurant on the Peak. Good meal, service and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

If staying for a few days, I highly recommend buying a subway Octopus card, good for 3 days of unlimited subway travel, including airport transport via the airport train (train was beautiful and fast). This even includes shuttle transportation from the airport train station to/from hotels! Plus it gives you some bonus $ to use on other things like the Star Ferry and the local trolley. It was a great deal, only about $40US. Other musts: tram to Victoria Peak at night; #6 bus to Stanley during the day--be sure to sit on top in the front seat; Wong Tai Sin Temple and/or Man Mo Temple; exploring the mid-levels and fresh shrimp wontons at Mak's Noodles there; ride the trolley through the city. Overrated: Staunton's Bar/Grill; Felix Bar at the Penninsula; Lan Kwai Fong area.

Wanchai area is a little seedy, but it really quite safe nevertheless. I like the mix of upmarket and cheap shopping in Hong Kong. Best of all was the food - even little stalls serve economical and tasty meals.
