Didn't see much of KL as we were only there three days. However, we didn't feel we missed out on much as our hotel was located so perfectly--close to everything. Shopping was great and you could walk to almost all the shops from the hotel. Cheap cabs. Internet facilities less than two blocks away.

If one likes beeing in the centre of Chinatown in K.L., it is the right place to stay. Visit the K.L. tower, Chinatown, the temples and mosques, the central market. When you are interested in shopping (we were not), you will find a lot of shopping cnetres in the business district.
