Just a word to the wise: keep an eye on your credit cards at all times while using them to pay for items. When a salesperson is zapping your card to charge you for something, make sure that he/she doesn't hide your card from view and copy it. I caught someone copying my card and having a wonderful spending spree. Luckily the bank questioned the first large transaction and blocked all the others (thousands of $ worth...)

Mine was a business trip so there is not much to share here. KLCC is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient. Since the hotel internet charges were quite high I was able to locate a good broadband internet provider through the information counter at KLCC.

Beautiful city...not very touristy though. I probably wouldn't go there again unless it was for business. Not much for walking around type activities.

Since the hotel is location at a prime location around the golder triangle, everything is easily accessible. All shopping complex, bank and eating places are just walking distance. The rest is just few mins away by public transport.

As said, it is conveniently located at the center of business and entertainment spot of KL. With only 15 minutes walking to the Twin Towers and nearby attraction. A mass transit system is underway and once it is completed it is certainly the ideal hotel for leisure stay.

The Putaraya bus station is within walking distance. I had to attend a trade fair at the MINES in KL and used the hotel limousine service. It proved slightly more expensive than a taxi, but was readily available. If you have to go to the MINES, it is recommendable to book a taxi/limousine for the return trip. There are next to no taxis available there.

The Chinese restaurant at the hotel was quite good, and the location is not bad. for those interested, only a few minutes away there are internet cafes where you can surf the net at less than half the price you would be charged at the hotel.

As this is our fourth visit we were on our own an reqd no help; Internet in Business Centre is expensive @ RM 10 for half hour, while it is available @ 4 per hour at other places in shopping centers.
