| Guest comments | Suitable for budget traveller who want to save their money on accomodation to shop more. For those who doesn't like to walk, it might be a little bit too far from the MTR, otherwise the distance is reasonable. Staffs were not that friendly but still acceptable. Rooms were not that glamorous BUT decent. They DIDN'T have heater, so be prepared during winter, i was freezing. It is Highly recommended for those who's not fuzzy about bell boy, room service, and heat. |

| Guest comments | I was given a smoking room on 13th floor that faced the lift. It was extremely noisy and despite requesting the front desk for another room, i was given a shrug indicating that they can't do anything about it as it was the only single room available.
Overall, room cleanliness was acceptable. |

| Guest comments | The rooms are clean, the suprise for me (maybe I did not read carefully) was that there is no attached toilet. Baths need to be taken in the public shower facility located on each floor. Need to walk a little bit to get to the MRT station and main road. Nothing much to say at the price that was paid, i.e. not expensive, during this season of exhibitions (end-Oct). |

| Guest comments | As a student, I tried to find the best value for money place to stay in Hong Kong for my vacation. This hotel was as excellent price and offered everything you needed, clean rooms and towels, good cleaning service, and helpful staff with sufficient English skills.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hong Kong on a budget |

| Guest comments | A frequent visitor used to the convenience of Nathan Road may find the Anne Black a little far. If you're used to a little walking, it's fine. Beds were hard (as they are in HK). Elevators are small and thus it may take a couple of rounds before you get to the lobby. But very comfortable, clean and safe for those on a modest budget. |
