| Guest comments | Excellent location, very clean and polite staff. Really enjoyed holiday. Rooms spotless and fresh linen every day. Better than expected and should have more stars rating. |

| Guest comments | Desparately needs to be updated. Room was very small and the furnishings had the look of the 1970's. Would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. |

| Guest comments | Very small rooms, but excellent location. Complete lack of Internet access was disappointing: basic access in a business center would have been useful, wireless or wired access in rooms would have been perfect. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is directly across from the Kyoto station, about a 3 minute walk. It was in a really good location, there are tons of restaurants, shops, clothing stores, department stores all around the station. There is also a souvenir shop next to the hotel and we got a beautiful view of the city at the top of the Kyoto tower when it was snowing. The bus station is also in front of the Kyoto station so it was really easy to get around and see all the temples as well. The staff spoke little English, but it was enough to get us by. The room and the bathroom were relatively small, but it was quite clean. Would stay here again. |
