| Guest comments | The room that I was given was very run-down. It was on the 2nd floor. I moved out immediately after sourcing for another location with a friend. Not a recommended place. The staff were rude. There is no way to access to the rooms by lifts after 12midnight as the main door had to be closed, you would need to climb up a storey before you could use the lifts to get to your room. |

| Guest comments | from singapore. My wife & I stay over night on 28th Dec 2007. very small room, no curtain even in toilet/bath room. we just dare not bath at night, because the bath room full glass window is facing the street. so we have to bath only on the next day morning.
checkout time is 11am, first time I see such an early checkout time.
Price is S$103 a day, too expensive for such a bad hotel room.
must bring your own soap/shampoo, not provided. |

| Guest comments | This Hotel is based on the premise of being a Tokyo Central style small basic living area which it really was. If you are the standard size of someone of that country, all well and good. If you needed all mod cons in a spacious room, then definitely not. If you wanted a nice quiet area in HKG, don't choose MongKok!
Facilities in my room were all there, but for the space given you, it did not quite fit into. Fortunately for me, I didn't have to use the Air Con remote (not that I was told how to use it!) as it was quite cool for HKG. Somebodys Bombay Mix was still lying in the corner not swept up and the nails on the carpetgrip into the washing area was exposed to my feet!
I did manage to get a few hours of sleep daily on the rigid divan before the 5am crowd got me up.
All in all I got what I paid for and will be there again in 2008. |

| Guest comments | Many of the hostel around the area is so much better than this one. I can hardly move my average size luggage in. So choose a hostel instead, you'll get more space and cheaper rate. |

| Guest comments | The location was fantastic and convenient. Poor facilities and the room was extremely small. I think they need a facelift for the hotel. |

| Guest comments | The single room I had booked was not acceptable.Too small, I had to put my suit case on the bed to open it up,no storage space at all.The value offered for the price paid was insufficient, the room was not worth the money paid. The room was so bad that I had to go for an upgrade(double room),because I could not stay in this room. The worst room I ever got in a hotel(and I am travelling a lot).A single room in the Tatami Hampton Hotel cannot be recommended. |
