| Guest comments | Great Buffet Breakfast. Comfortable room, friendly staff. It's not in the heart of Surfers which is a bonus, but it's close enough by car. With Hotel Club's prices I'd stay there again. |

| Guest comments | The smorgasborg menu needs to be better explained by waiter staff in the familly restaurant. Once we knew what was on offer the meal was good value.
The 2 hour wine bar was not mentioned. I did not see the sign explaining the deal until after I had ordered and sampled a bottle of wine.
The main gate sign is obscured from road view & could be better positioned, especially driving at night and arriving for the first time. |

| Guest comments | Found this hotel of high standard. Rooms spacious and grounds well kept. Liked all of the glass around the bottom level as it seemed like you were outside and not enclosed. Restuarants and bars beautifully done. Food prices were reasonable and not over the top as often happens at a resort. As it rained most of the time we were there would have liked to have an umbrella supplied in the room. Also with room service need 2 chairs rather than one at table. Certainly would be happy to stay here again. |

| Guest comments | It's located at the Royal Pines Resort with the full 17-hole gold course. Loving the hotel. Nice service, nice golf facilities, absolutely love it! |
