We suggest that Buffet Breakfast be included in the room package. The staffs are courteous and friendly, always willing to answer our queries. |

| Guest comments | I found this hotel to be in a very convenient location and the room I had was great as it was a disabled room so it was extra big. I heard comments about small rooms so I did not have that problem. The beer at the 7/11 type store practially next door was far cheaper than the hotel bar but the entertainment at the bar was relaxing. If you are going to use the MTR buy the Oyster card it is far better and if you do not spend all the money on it you get a refund of the whole lot in the end. You can use it also in some of the stores and get a discount. We were not sure how to use the MTR at first but it is so easy, you do not need to take tours as we did as the transport in HK is so easy it will take you to all attractions. We stayed there for 5 nights and I would not hesitate to use this hotel again. |

| Guest comments | Great hotel, with spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, in a very convenient location right next to the Jordan MTR station. Staff were very helpful, and the ability to book an airport shuttle each way, and to leave our luggage with the concierge for the day after we had checked out, was much appreciated. The roof-top swimming pool is quite an experience, too! Didn't eat in the restaurant, so unable to comment in that regard. |
