Guest comments	I have stayed here more than once, the rooms are good and spacious; bathroom is very very spacious. But i think a little warmth from the staff would do it good. The room service person was rude. and the complimentary drinking water seems to be the most precious asset in the hotel! anyways, hope the next time it would be better (if there is any next time ie) as the property is very good otherwise.

Guest comments	Very good service from all staff. Only comment is that its located in the middle of the business district and its very congested throughout the day. Also there is nothing(food, shopping etc) that is within walking distance. But facilities and rooms are first class

Guest comments	The room was clean & spacious. The location was the only setback. There was practically nothing within walking distance. The nearest shopping mall was probably more than 20 min by foot. The traffic was very bad during rush hour which took the taxi 20min just to u-turn back from opposite side. I should have just got off & walk across.

Guest comments	We enjoyed staying in Park Lane Hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. We liked the king-size bed and the rich breakfast.

Guest comments	Nice clean hotel, a bit remote from everything, but okay. Clean modern rooms, good internet speed. Staff okay, some not very good, overall service was below expected standard. Extras very expensive, laundry etc. Room rate good. Would not stay there again, better places for a little more money.

Guest comments	Hotel is out of the way. Pricing for room is cheap, but everything else is very expensive. Better to pay more for a room somewhere else, and save on laundry, room service etc. Rooms are clean, hotel is new and internet is fast. Staff are not very good, few speak english, and most seem happy to do the bare minimum.
