| Guest comments | We were placed in one of the refurbished floors which is a good improvement on the previous rooms. The newly reopened pool, sauna, stream room and exercise facilities make this an excellent hotel. The location is only a 10 min walk to the tube station. My only minor gripe is the service we received at check in when we were assured we would received 2 double rooms only got 2 twins pushed together! Otherwise an excellent stay. |

| Guest comments | This is not a hotel for you if you want easy access to MTR; need to walk a lot of steps to the nearest one which take about 15 mins.
Services are very good, most staff are friendly and can speak English. There are lots of shops nearby for bargain shoppings. Hotel room is clean and reasonable size. |

| Guest comments | They upgraded us to a Panda Plus room with a huge King bed on the 27th floor because we requested a big bed in our reservation. The Check-in was prompt and friendly. We were only there for one night before heading to GuangZhou, but on our way back we probably will stay here for 6-days before returning to USA. The only bad thing was that the swimming pool was under repairs until June 16th. Everything else about this hotel is good. |

| Guest comments | Initial problem with reserved room type not being available, when insisted on reserved room type being provided situation was resolved by upgrade to Executive floor.
For future booking would suggest request room is not near any current or future wedding hospitality suites!
Hotel has great location for getting arround HK via MTR - ask porter for hotel map!
Hotel provides reasonably priced shuttle service to and from Airport and also to TST |

| Guest comments | This is our third time to stay at Panda Hotel and I find it ok except for the last time wherein we waited so much time waiting for our room accomodation. We waited until 4:30pm so it took much of our time instead of having time going around. We just return to the hotel at about 10pm and that's the time we got our room accomodation. The concierge personnel were very accomodating and extended their assistance to our quiries especially a guy named Richard. We would be staying here again in the future. I suggest to take the airport express train for transfer from airport to hotel and vice-versa because its cheaper with their promo for group travel and you'll save a lot of time. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is inside a 30 storey building which has three levels of shops, including a restuarant for yum cha and even a congee shop. The hotel is perfect for those who want to stay away from the busy city life, as its more quiet and not so crowded. The Tai Wo Hau MTR is about 10 mins walk from the bridge recommended by the hotel, i found another way to get to the MTR station, which is about the same time, but feels less cos i didnt take the bridge, and took the streets.
There is a supermarket across the street, so you can grab snacks or even sushi which was extremely fresh, we went there as soon as they stacked in the fridge, and was very nice.
There are two convenient stores around the corner of the hotel, a 7-11 and circle K, circle k offered some lunch boxes which could be reheated and cost average price of HK$15, which was very good too
I forgot to say, the hotel had upgraded our room to the Executive Level, where there was a bigger LCD tv, and more room space |
