| Guest comments | This hotel is in an excellent location. My only comment would be on the bathroom, which had a shower over a very short bath, the shower screen was too short, consequently the water went over the floor. Otherwise would recommend this hotel |

| Guest comments | Great location in the heart of Melbourne - close to major public transport stops, casino, sporting venues, theatres, restaurants, shopping etc. Stayed in good value 2 bedroom apartment. Only negative would be the shower facilites - an extension to the shower screen would have been nice to prevent regular flooding of water onto the bathroom floor. |

| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay here although it was noisy on Thursday night on the 4th floor. We moved to the 10th floor but access was via a flight of steep stairs from the 9th floor. Otherwise staff were helpful and location good not far from shops and restaurants |

| Guest comments | the kitchen need more cooking features, such as an electric frypan, or a bigger frypan for the stove and more microwave bolw,also the loung need more seating as ther was only room and for 2 people to sit on the lounge & I had to sit on a dinning room chair |
