| Guest comments | The standard room is kind of small for 2 adults and 2 kids. It's clean with basic facilities such as kettle, hair-dryer and internet access. The shuttle bus service is good, otherwise you need to walk about 10-15mins to the nearest MTR and shopping attraction. It is also quite nearby the train station if you want to go Shenzhen. |

| Guest comments | The Metropark was a lovely place to stay. The location was great and the rooms were very clean and a good size. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at the hotel again! |

| Guest comments | Not as good as expected as a 4-star hotel. I've paid $95 for airport shuttle bus while my friend who stayed with me paid $130 for whatever reason!
Facility is quite old and room is so small. 10-15min walk to closest subway. Location is not too bad as the free shuttle bus is good service to shopping area.
Overall, I think it is not very value for money. |

| Guest comments | Staying in this hotel really improved our stay in Hong Kong. The service to and from the airport was completely hassel free, the service through out was wonderful - was very impressed. Our room was great and very clean. Heard about how small hotel rooms are in Hong Kong and didn't find the room small at all, although the bath tub was. In a fantastic location for seeing the markets, and the free shuttle in to town made all else equally easy to reach. Would happily stay at again. (also try out the House of Tang Restaurant. Is a little bit pricey but very nice, and again with excellent service.) |

| Guest comments | The shuttle bus to the shops was great, and made it very convenient to get to the ferry, shops, and the train station. Overall the hotel was good, however the temperature of the room could of been better. |
