| Guest comments | The Room was excetionally clean but a little small, but that's pretty much the same for most hotels in Japan. There's a bit of a walk to the Hotel from the station, but it goes thru Dotombori, which is excellent if you're hungry for a late night snack. |

| Guest comments | Excellent location in the heart of the action! Great service (staff are friendly and happy to assist) and a fantastic buffet breakfast selection. Only a five minute walk to Namba Station through the hustle and bustle of shopping, eating and adventure! Room size was good for a Japanese hotel with a decent bathroom. |

| Guest comments | My wife and my 2 year old son and myself did stay @ Metro 21.
The Rooms are tiny like most in Japan and the facilities where fine. There was lightning fast RJ45 internet cable in the room that managed to feed me 3mb/second.
There was no child friendly anything in this hotel BUT saying that the staff where very happy to supply extra anything. Our double room had a double (regular) bed in it against a wall.
There was every kind of extra in the bathroom hairbrush, razor, toothbrush and a few other bits too. the rooms where made up every day (well) .
The hotel is well located in the food / party / shopping end of town and only a few minutes to 2 different sations (Namba being the best to kansi airport) Situated on the Dotomburi the hotel has a 7-11 downstairs.
Maps and info from broken english speaking Reception was a bonus.
VERY good included buffet breakfast.

| Guest comments | The hotel was rather difficult to find, due to the many streets leading off from the main street. Better direction instructions would have been helpful. The hotel had fixed the air conditioning at warm temperatures. However, this made it extremely uncomfortable after some time in the room, and it was hot sleeping at night. The windows could not be opened as there was a ledge just outside, which exposed the room the theft or crime. Perhaps they could arrange for fans to be provided to guests who make the request. |

| Guest comments | The Metro 21 Hotel is an unlikely business hotel situated in one of the more 'seedier' streets within Osaka, Nipponbashi. Putting that aside, it is a great location and it is attached to a 7-11 which can provide you with midnight snackeries if need be. A great hotel if you want to spend the night next to the club/pub/areas.
Breakfast is included and is all you can eat japanese western and traces of chinese breakky - great service all round for breakfast, and was topped up constantly by staff. |
