| Guest comments | Staff was very helpful and speaks sufficient English to communicate. However, the hotel should have better signposting to enable people to find it. It was so diificult to find when no one seems to know where it is! Telling people to exit from exit 6 from the Namba Station might also help. The other facility that needs upgrading is the computer system. It keeps reverting back to Japanese. |

| Guest comments | Rooms were sized very reasonably. The bathroom was also spacious (compared with other hotels in Japan).
Il Coure's staff was very efficient - We had to store our luggage two days ahead of check-in. When we checked in, our bags were already waiting in our room.
I had a very comfortable stay. |

| Guest comments | Best location of the 3 hotels we stayed in Japan. Literally 2 mins walk from Namba Station. However we couldn't get a room on the non-smoking floor despite booking 2 weeks in advance. Hotel was great, but we couldn't sleep at night due to the cigarette smoke! |

| Guest comments | This hotel was just around the corner from the Namba Nankai Osaka Station. Excellent location. Staff were very friendly. Self service laundry on top floor. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries supplied.
Large room compared to others.
Will definitely stay again. |

| Guest comments | It is very well located across from the train and subway station. It was clean and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. My room was quiet, which was important to me. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again. |

| Guest comments | If you don't stay in this hotel when you go to Numba, Osaka, you would be regret! Room might be small but very clean and comfort. If you expect the bigger room, you should pay a lot of money so just keep it and stay this hotel. Good value. |
