| Guest comments | We found the reception staff to be particularly helpful and pleasant.
Rooms were also of a good quality, clean and with comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet was very good indeed - plenty of fresh fruit as well as the usual cooked breakfast etc. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel more than we did several others of comparable or higher tariff. |

| Guest comments | Hotel being renovated but no sign of this when I stayed. The room was clean and well apppointed. High speed internet access a plus but why do Autralian hotels keep charging for this when overseas it is included? Breakfast was good standard.
This definitely a businessman's hotel rather than for tourists. No clutter in the lobby of tourist information. Perth cabs are difficult to get but the bus stop and train station are just a short walk away.
Towels were of good quality which is always a sign of good management.
A short walk to many restuarants and pubs. |

| Guest comments | This hotel will be well located when the building works that border it on two sides are finished. I had the feeling that all the money had been spent on the lobby. That said, all the staff were friendly, the room I was given was quiet and Perth is small so you are close to the centre and also to the train station. |

| Guest comments | my connectiong room was presidential suite and there seems that a
piano is installed. Sonesome kept playing until 3:30am one night and 2:00am at the other night.
Also my room was facing west, it was very hot both in daytime and night. A guest in the next room was also conplaining . |

| Guest comments | Nice Hotel, little expensive if you are there on busines and just want to eat in the hotel. not much fun when room service dont get to clean your room till 5.30pm two days in a row. Good facilities pool gym etc |
