Guest comments	I checked in on 6Mar08 and checked out on 8Mar08. For the rate of $104 a day that I paid, this is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel although I would say that the room was ok. The front desk staffs were ok too but the restaurant servers were BAD! The service was very slow and worse they forgot to what I ordered. I ended up getting my own coffee because the servers wont even come to my table. Given a choice, I would not go back tot this hotel unless the rates are cut back drastically.

Guest comments	Excellent staff ! Comfortable,safe hotel minutes from Mall of Asia (FREE shutttle !) and airport. My one complaint : They need to soundproof the rooms. Despite being on the 6th floor, the noise from the street below was so loud. Seemed as if I had my window open. If you need silence to sleep, this will be a problem. That is my only complaint. Overall a good place to stay.

Guest comments	the buffet breakfast is soo good to start a busy day of shopping in nearby mall of asia after an exhilirating jog or walk along the bay area. its location is excellent as it is accessible to the airport, malls and public transport facilities. It has to improve its lobby area, though, and provide for waiting area and seats or lounges for guests and their visitors who are waiting for their rooms or check-in/out procedures.

Guest comments	The room is average although generally cleaned. The smell of disinfectant along the hallway is suppocating if your sensititve. The room phone wasnt working.Were unable to ring a services.

Guest comments	The Heritage hotel is close to the airport and is in a good location ,close to Manila's nightlife. The hotels staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are large, clean and very well equiped. Use a metered taxi instead of the hotels taxi. It is so much cheaper.

Guest comments	The location of the hotel is ok but not excellent. It takes only a short taxi-drive to the main attractions and Malate restaurant/bar area (around PHP 80-100). The staff is very friendly and we were able to have a very late check-out with a very reasonable fee. The breakfast is not anything special. I managed to get diarrhea and stomach problems from scrambled eggs ordered from the room service the morning of arrival. Rooms are ok, soon in need of a small freshening up, but still nice. The bed is excellent! Shower was a little tricky and demanded a bit of concentrating in order to get other than icecold or boiling hot water. Would go there again!
