| Guest comments | For the price that we pay, i would believe the deal is OK. The management staff were very friendly. However , due to language profficiency, translation may not be too good thus leading one to think they are arrogant or pushy. We found the staff to be very helpful in helping us get around town and offering safety advise. Please take heed that most hotels in the old quarters do not have lifts so if you are planning to bring along older folks or the physically inpaired, please inform the hotel earlier ,as they will book the lower rooms for you, The location is good as we are smack in the middle of town which made walking around and shopping very covenient. Please also do not make too many comparisons as after all, you are in Hanoi. |
