| Guest comments | We liked the central location. A few minutes away from MRT, malls and eating places.
The service is efficient and the breakfast is reasonable.
Price is a bit high and you need to bring along the street address as not all cab drivers knows the name as they had changed names a couple of times. |

| Guest comments | I enjoyed my two nights at the hotel. A beautiful room, great breakfast, very friendly staff and in a good location - close to transport, shops and the clarke quay area. I walked everywhere. I would definitely stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Cancellation of our shuttle from Manchester to London meant that we missed our flight to Singapore, but enter Leonard in reception at Grand Plaza Park who made perfect sense of a garbled 'phone call to hold the room, and then welcomed us like old friends at 6am in the morning, rather than 6pm the previous evening! Great service and great location. Would certainly stay there again. |

| Guest comments | This is a small hotel which provides quality service. Staff are always friendly and efficient. It is well located near City Hall MRT, Boat and Clarke Quays and Fort Canning Park. I have now stayed there 8 times and enjoyed myself each time. |

| Guest comments | We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite room and we found this hotel very clean, safe, great staff/service. We enjoyed a swim in the pool, a spa at night, a massage and their breakfasts were fantastic! We also ate at the chinese restaurant which was divine! Great hotel, would stay again! |

| Guest comments | The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. The hotel services and breakfast were good. Although not always perfect eg setting the room, the staff responded genuinely and favourably. It appears to be a refurbished place, shows a bit of carpet and furniture wear, but it has made an effort. People were the greatest assest. The location was convenient both for walking to major districts / attractions and for the MRT and bus transport. We stayed during the new year season so room rates may have been higher than usual. But prices are trending up in 2008. We would consider staying again but would have to consider the pricing. |
