| Guest comments | Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Very friendlt staff.
Location wise can be better but no problems as plenty of taxis in Singapore.
I have stayed there on a number of occassion & feel very comfortable. |

| Guest comments | Well located hotel with good facilities. Check-in service was ver good but not so impressed with housekeeping who failed to provide things like milk and coffee to the room when requested. |

| Guest comments | There were construction going on on both front & back of the hotel. I couldn't rest duirng the day. The nearest train station was probably about 15 min walk. Taxi was cheap & convenient but when it rained, which happened a lot, I just couldn't get a taxi from the hotel. They should provide free shuttle bus to Orchard road, nearest train station or even to Great World City which was last than 10 min walk, or at least provide an umbrella. |

| Guest comments | Noisy during the day due to huge construction project next-door to the hotel. Too bad if you wanted to sleep in or have a rest during the daytime. Lots of jack-hammering. Otherwise very central to bus, Great World Shopping City. |
