Stayed here for almost 2 months. Location is great. walking distance to Makati Cinema Square, Greenbelt, Landmark,etc. Room is like a dormitory for me. Plain and simple. Bed/TV/ Bathroom with warm water. Airconditoning is also good. The place is just fine for me since I only need a place to take a shower and have a decent sleep. I would certainly come back and book my stay there.

This hotel was old, worn-out, dark and depressing. The last renovation must have been 50 years ago. The location is OK if you want to go to Glorietta or Greenbelt shopping centers, but there are better hotels, closer to the shopping, for about the same money. Avoid this hotel.

It was ok,I was there as a stop by so hard to judge if i was staying longer. But for a day or two it is well worth it.
