Guest comments	Recently had a two night stay at Crown Princess in Club Room. Had an enjoyable stay; room clean and very comfortable. Access to the Club Lounge was very good; very friendly staff. Able to access free internet. Would recommend and definitely would stay at again.

Guest comments	We were three persons staying on a triple room but we were only given 2 of the towels, soap. glass etc.. We had to ask for it everyday, stayed there for 4 nights.. Very convenient location though, just 10 mins walk to the famous Petronas Towers.. But I will try other hotels nearby next time i visit KL..

Guest comments	hotel not really five star. Is getting a bit run down but generally was good. Very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel is not too centrally located. Was a bit of a walk into the main shopping district.

Guest comments	The hotel was star-rated as 5, but in fact it is not even close. It is maybe an okay 4-star hotel. Generally, the decor is old, deteriorating and cheap looking. Having said that, the price was comparable with other 4 Star hotels, but my point is that this should not be rated as a 5 star because it isn't... by far. It is also a fair way away from the centre. I would certainly not stay here again, and would much rather stay at the [other hotel], which is a much nicer hotel all round.

Guest comments	How the hotel continues to have a 5-star rating is beyond me. The rooms are old and tired, the staff is incompetent and service is bad. A simple request for the activation of in-room broadband service and a shower cap took more than 3 phone calls to chase up the latter of which the was blatantly lied about being out of stock by the operator but was then miraculously delivered half an hour later. I will definitely not be a return customer to this hotel.
