| Guest comments | Good connection to shopping mall. Surprised at the expensive wifi. Right next door to the hotel, wifi is virtually free. Hotel should offer complimentary wifi as a standard in this age of info technology, and generate revenues through wifi advertisements rather than charging hotel guests for it. |

| Guest comments | The room is a bit small but the bed gives you a great night sleep and the shower massages the aching bones after a day of shopping. Overall the staff are very friendly and polite and I would stay in Cititel again. |

| Guest comments | This hotel has a good location and a shopping mall attached. This is a good hotel to choose if you are planning a stopover before your next destination where you don't want to spend a night in the airport hotel. It near to the airport transfer ( at KL Sentral ) where you can take a commuter. Customer service from the front desk is bad. if you are thinking of a stopover then the bad customer service will not effect you much. |
