| Guest comments | Stayed for the HK Sevens so the price was quite high. Room size and bathroom were fine. Confirmed with the hotel that I would get a non-smoking room but they gave a room stinking of smoke. I demanded another room and they gave me one smelling freshly treated, but there was still an ashtray on the desk. Breakfast buffet was included - good quality and quantity (essential before going to the Sevens !). Great location for Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Happy Valley and HK Stadium. Overall OK hotel, but let down by lack of non-smoking rooms. |

| Guest comments | I could not fault this hotel. The rooms are not large but they are clean and comfortable for the price. The location is excellent close to trams and buses. There were always plenty of smiling staff around happy to help with everything and the concierge (Peter especially) was great. The many restaurants and bar in the hotel made it very easy for meals and were priced well too! Free LAN internet access in the room for our laptop was handy and faster than WiFi.

| Guest comments | A good mid-range, well located place. Stayed 8 nights, no dramas, Signature rooms very futuristic, best feature : the 'rainbath' shower a 5 star feature! What I missed most: An actual wardrobe as opposed to the cramped clothes rail/suitcase stowage area at the door. Free broadband in the signature floor lounge was nice too! |

| Guest comments | I could not fault this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are not large, they are clean and comfortable for the price. The location is excellent close to ferries, Time Square, trams and buses. You are not harrassed in the streets by suit and watch seller as you are in Kowloon. |
