| Guest comments | Very, very small room. We had a delux room which was poorly lit and decorated.
We asked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking, thankfully it didn't smell too bad.
Bed linen and towels were of a very poor quality.
Food and service were good and staff were helpful.
Sports bar in the basement very good if you love football, rugby etc.

| Guest comments | The Hotel was located between Causeway Bay and Wanchi; a 10 minute walk to either destination. Rooms were a bit small but convient. Broadband internet access in the rooms, cable TV with multiple language channels, 4-5 pay-per-view channels, refrigerator with standard stock of beverages and alcohol, Hot water pot for coffee. |

| Guest comments | I found the Charterhouse to be exactly what I expected. A well located 3 star hotel with good amenities, gym, restaurant etc. Although my room was small I was on the cheapest rate and understand that you get what you paid for. There was on offer substantially larger and smarter rooms in the Signature Level. The service was at all times exceptional and I would certainly stay at the Charterhouse again. |

| Guest comments | Stayed for the HK Sevens so the price was quite high. Room size and bathroom were fine. Confirmed with the hotel that I would get a non-smoking room but they gave a room stinking of smoke. I demanded another room and they gave me one smelling freshly treated, but there was still an ashtray on the desk. Breakfast buffet was included - good quality and quantity (essential before going to the Sevens !). Great location for Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Happy Valley and HK Stadium. Overall OK hotel, but let down by lack of non-smoking rooms. |
