| Guest comments | The hotel staffs were so friendly and accommodating. Our booking was surprisingly upgraded from a two bed room to a single bed room at no extra charge. The only negative thing I can say is they have to increase the frequency of shuttle service from the hotel to ferry terminal and vise versa. |

| Guest comments | Aircon is very cold throughout the building but this is a common difficulty in Macau in general. The breakfast buffet, although on the cold side as well, the selection was very good. Getting a double room as opposed to a twin is a little difficult but we would not hesitate to stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it. |

| Guest comments | provided a very gd service! but no local food serve in hotel area, any how no need worry about the location coz Macau is just a small place, u can take a cab to wherever place u wan!! |

Casa Real is a cassino and every casino has a free bus.
Your only a 10 minute walk from the ferry. |

| Guest comments | Eventhough I closed my door to the room, I could hear the elevator bell all night. People talking loudly in the halls all night. At check out it was very unorganised and not friendly reception staff. But the location is good. |

| Guest comments | the staff are very accomodating, they automatically upgraded our room upon check in. The buffet breakfast is also good compared to other hotels of the same ranking. Will appreciate though if they could schedule more frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel and the ferry terminal. |
