| Guest comments | Quite nice and clean budget hotel but a bit overpriced. It is located at the end of a street covered with night clubs and pubs. One should expect sleeplest nights due to ululant music till the wee hours. |

| Guest comments | We stayed at the rear of the hotel which was very quite compared to the front which faces a night life strip. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent - only about a 5min walk to the hub of Chinatown and a short stroll to an excellent night street restaurant opposite Pearl Plaza. The hotel displayed excellent service and any request was catered for within minutes. Would stay here again. |

| Guest comments | The service and attention of the staff to our needs were outstanding. Everyone seemed to anticipate our needs and went out of their way to suggest ways to improve our stay. The size of the rooms was adequate to needs. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to others. |

| Guest comments | Beautiful common areas. Has a real olden day charm about it. Rooms were below par for a 4 star hotel but I guess that's why the rates are so competitive. The air con failed on our last night there but we were moved to another room with a working air con.
The included American breakfast was filling with an alternative menu option on weekdays but no options on weekends. Internet rates were too expensive.
Except for 1 particular staff member, the service was excellent. Always polite and accommodating. After check-out and leaving our bags at the hotel, they even let us come back in the afternoon for a quick shower before catching our flight.
Location is good. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT. Lots of nightclubs on the same street so may not suit all visitors. |
