| Guest comments | We were pleasantly suprised when we saw our fantastic ocean views from our 6th floor one B/R apartment which was clean, tidy and had an ensuite with shower (over bath), a small laundry(full sized washer and dryer). The kitchen was good with sufficent utensils, storage containers and full size stove, microwave etc. There was a small dining table and two lounges (one was sofa bed). TV had Foxtel. Underground secure car parking was included in the price. Our only complaint concerned the bed needs replacing. We had basic supplied, such as tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar for our arrival and the next day, one sachet each of washing powder and detergent and one roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, a hand towel and a tea towel. There are about 60 apartments and about half of them are owner/occupied with. Onsite managment is there for holiday lets and contact after hours wasn't problematic. Cavill Ave is 10 min walk. We were only one street back from the ocean which noisy. |

| Guest comments | We stayed on the 2nd floor and the apartment was excellent. Very modern and overlooked the swimming pool. Complete with 37 inch flat screen TV it was great value for the money. |

| Guest comments | A reasonably priced, ideally situated, modern and extremely well maintained apartment. Very clean with all one could need for an enjoyable holiday. I would stay there again and recommend it to any holiday makers |

| Guest comments | These appartments may have had a star rating ten years ago! But we arrived to cleaning staff letting them self in after we had checked in to the room. To unpack the dishwasher that had not finished,They were to return to upack it and never did.
After nine calls to Reception the next morning they sent someone to clean out the dishwasher of dirty plates and food.The general cleanliness of the room was disgraceful.The floor was sticky, under the sofa bed had never been cleaned ,food and mould on the window cil,coffee cups were black and had to be scrubed clean these were also badly chipped. |

Easy access to Bus Stop and really close to the beach

| Guest comments | We really enjoyed our stay at the Baronnet, On arrival the owner was compaining about staff issues to another staff member, we don't need to hear this on arrival and don't want to, it is a fantastic location, and the appartments are all that we needed, I was very impressed they read my room request on the memo when booking and supplied all my need's that was awesome. Happy to recommend. |
