| Guest comments | Great location, fabulous breakfast buffet, rooms are small but fine. The 3 pools are great because the hotel was full but when it is spaced out among 3 pools for all the guests, it doesn't feel crowded at all. Great hotel if you want to be in the middle of Patong next to all the action! |

| Guest comments | I love this hotel, was our first time in Phuket and we were really unsure of where to stay so we chose 2 different hotels one on Patong (Banthai0 and another on Karon, I wished that we stayed at Banthai for the whole stay (even though Karon beach is alot nicer than Patong). Location is fantastic right on Patong Beach, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel facilities excellent so clean and very well maintained and it had the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen.
If you want to spend a little extra upgrade to a delux pool room it is worth it!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone! |

| Guest comments | Excellent location with the beach just across the road and shopping is surround by. Very good facility, nice pool area. Very crowded at the time we travelled - early Feb. Good rate when I booked with [your website] compares to the prices listed at the Hotel Resort. |

| Guest comments | It is on the beach street and the hotel building is located about 100 mt inside from the entrence. You are in the city but enough for away from the city voice.Just near the entrence (30 mts right and left side)you have Watsons(pharmacy),sturbucks,mc donald, subway, padi scuba office.
Nights, in the hotel restaurant there is live music with great international dinner including sea food.
The hotel daily activities office offers very nice activities with very good firms. We have tried elephant treckkin (siam safari),Phi phi island tour with speed boat(phuket adventurers). Both of them very well organized.
Hotel rooms is very nice(we have 2+6 yrs old girl). You can select pool accsess rooms in the base floor for your pleasure(cost more).
Patong Public Beach is very nice sandy beach.Cheap umbrellas and lying chairs (200 bht for two).
If you go to phuket for fist time, you will have a lot of daily excursions. So you will not stay in your hotel. Why pay more for private beach, bigger pools etc. |

| Guest comments | very polite staff, great hotel and location...breakfast buffet absolutely awesome....egg station cooking omlettes and scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon and all the regular western food and some realy interesting 'other' dishes!
yummy cocktails both in and out of pool bar!
just one peculiar thing...we broke a coffee mug in our room and got charged for it....i wonder if we would have had to pay if we had broken one in a restaurant!
all hotels in asia seem to use packs of chemicals commonly referred to as 'creamers' to whiten coffee and it can be a bit of a drama to get milk from house keeping - i just get mine from shop down the road!
would stay there again in a heartbeat - wouldnt pay extra mone for deluxe pool room with spa but it is good to get the deluxe pool room as it is right by the pool...and the pool has spas in it anyhow. |

| Guest comments | fantastic!!! only downfall was the very hard bed, and breakfast was disapointing. if you can upgrade to rooms with private access to pool then do it! it was great getting home at midnight or later and just sliding into the pool to cool down. they could do something with the end pool bar, some music Ban Thai banners etc toi make it look more appealing. |
