| Guest comments | The location is very convenient with the availability of a 7-eleven and a Wellcome supermarket located right across the street from BPIH. Shopping areas like Temple St. and Ladies Market are all within walking distances with a variety of other shops located along the way. The rooms are clean and services are good. You can even request for late check-out(subject to availability). The only thing is that they should have more Non-Smoking floors. Other than that I would give this hotel the thumbs-up and will stay here again the next time I visit Hong Kong. |

| Guest comments | Two things caused us problems:-
1) The buffet breakfast area and the general dining area were filthy with food slops all over the countertops where people were helping themselves
and this was not cleared up at any time by staff. Tables and seats were filthy and staff were dilatory cleaning them.
2) Our bedroom floor was never vacuumed over the 4 nights we stayed as small stones, paper etc remained on the floor throughout. On our last night we had an infestation of insects running all over the bedside cabinet and floor which we had to kill with insect spray. |

| Guest comments | An excellent hotel for the price. If there had been a gym and pool, neither of which were necessary for our 3 night stopover visit, this would undoubtedly have been a 4* hotel. Staff displayed a pleasant and welcoming attitude. Hotel rooms and bedrooms spotlessly clean. |

| Guest comments | The BP International was excellent for location and very well presented when we arrived thought we were at the shopping centre. The staff and tour desk was excellent. When I return to Hong Kong I would definately stay here again. All the transport is ideally located, 5minutes walk to Nathan Road, 15 minutes to Star Ferry |

| Guest comments | Staff all speak english but their comprehension is not good. Not very polite. Beds are very firm. our booking was for a double room and we had to insist on a double room as the first two rooms offered were singles. Ideal position. Free bus to airport express outside hotel. |

| Guest comments | Luggage service very helpful. The rooms were not ready when we arrived though and it was a pain to have to wait having travelled from London. Dinner was good but breakfast only average. Helpful to have free internet & good location in Kowloon. Would have been better if it had a pool. |

| Guest comments | The rooms were very small. with only twin beds or a (narrow) double. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. |

| Guest comments | A nice, pleasant hotel in a good location. Average sized room, bathroom a little small, but o.k.
Perhaps a few more couches in the foyer. Its a large area with not a lot of seating and I found myself sitting on the steps on a couple of occasions.
Check in was average. We weren't given a lot of information e.g. time and location of breakfast. |
