| Guest comments | This hotel is a little way out of town but has a magnificant view over the lake and mountains - also in a very quiet location. Our only gripe would be the breakfast which was very sparse (continental) and virtually inedible (full buffet). Staff were otherwise very friendly and helpful. If we wanted a quiet stay in Queenstown would stay there again. |

| Guest comments | We upgraded for $10 to a room with a view of the lake and mountains and it made an enormous difference - it was just lovely. |

| Guest comments | lake side rooms with wonderful views of the lake, but the rooms were very under furnished. no bedside lamps, ranch sliders that wouldn't lock and very poor lighting. beds comfortable and staff seemed friendly enough. |

| Guest comments | A great place to stay ,for the view the food and the staff. Only downside was poor ventilation in the room, No air conditioning, and if you leave the door open there is no security .They should fit security screens to all outside doors |

| Guest comments | BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the dining room & surrounding deck. Our room overlooked the parking area and reception front entrance. Enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, but chose not to eat dinner here because they only offered limited menu buffet service. Staff and other guests very friendly. Would recommend to others who share our belief that we do not travel to see fancy hotel rooms! |

| Guest comments | Bedroom much too small to contain a double and a single bed. Hotel rather 'tired' in terms of room facilities and overall decor. Room lighting very poor. No hotel-provided shuttle bus into town; centre was 3 Km away. Breakfast and evening meal of reasonable standard and price. Reception staff not very helpful. |

| Guest comments | Stunning views over lake, older style accommodation which was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good value. The only drawback - dreadful shower. The water pressure was almost non existent if you wanted a shower. |
