| Guest comments | Good friendly staff in a very convenient and quite part of town. Very useful also that it is staffed 24/7 if you are getting in late, or early The basic breakfast included was also an additional bonus.
I would stay there again. |

| Guest comments | A very basic establishment (probably could be considered as up market" back packers"), but reasonably priced and conveniently located. Our room faced towards the harbour and the traffic noise was loud and long. |

| Guest comments | Looks very dowdy from the outside and the colour scheme leaves a lot to be desired. However, the room was clean and comfortable, shower was excellent, situation was good and the complimentary breakfast was fine. |

| Guest comments | I found Aspen House a very pleasant quiet place to stay in. It is within walking distance of the harbour and the shops. |

| Guest comments | Surprisingly "heavy" interior in grey and red in old converted warehouse! Good idea with basics for breakfast completed with bringings of own food. Mostly backpackers but wellfunctioning also for middleaged people who donīt want to spend lots of money on accomodation that is only needed for the night.
Close to everything i Auckland. |

| Guest comments | The hotel was in walking distance to the Viaduct basin ( less 10 mins) and 5 mins to Britomart Railway and bus stateion. The down side was it was very noisy from outside street noise and road noise. We were on one side of the hotel and friends on the other and we all had very disturbed sleep. Breakfast is very budget with watered down juice and the slowest toaster you have ever met. Understandedly it i a budge pricing. The TV's in the room are very poor and tiny. |
