Guest comments	There is no particular queue to follow for check in/out and guests are confused. They do not know where to stand and who comes first. When I was checking in, I had the same problem and I heard other guests asking where should they queue too. Location is very good. Nothing fantastic about the room. No fruit basket or newspaper.
