Although we had booked and paid for our room, there was no room available.
We were moved to another hotel, service was terrible.

In general the hotel is acceptable but the neighbourhood is not good and far from the key sites. It is imposible to walk around feeling safe. To much pressure from locals to give money. Breakfast is good.
Some of this is inherent to India but the area gets it magnified

Noisy room under the rooftop kitchen. Reception staff more interested in selling tours, taxis and anything else they can than your comfort in the hotel. Reccomend using the metro to get to the city centre, so cheap, but clean and air conditioned.
