Location
The property is located at the foot of the Colina da Guia, where the historical 17th century Guia Fort and Lighthouse are situated. The city's casino, entertainment, shopping, sightseeing and business districts are all within easy access from the hotel.

The hotel has 365 guest rooms and 15 suites for guests to choose from. All of them are well equipped and beautifully furnished, providing the utmost comfort to the guests.

Guest comments	the hotel is well-kept and clean. the staff are friendly. the buffet meals are okay. the room service food not that exceptional. overall the hotel is quite good for its rating.

Guest comments	There are three (3) main gripes, these are: (1) The deluxe rooms are extremely small and suited only for business travellers - not for a couple on a holiday. (2) The staff don't come accross as being polite - the interactions seemed abrupt and dismissive. (3) Room service is slow.
