Guest comments	Great standard hotel - we live in Brisbane and head to the Gold Coast occasionally to visit family in Mermaid Waters. Great rates has just been refurbished.

Guest comments	We were extremely happy with everything about the Hotel. We had a very pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a Spa room. The room itself was spacious inviting and felt like a home away from home. The lady at Reception was an absolute charmer and very helpful. We actually went to an NRL match the night we stayed and upon our return because of the location of the Hotel we were able to enjoy a very pleasant evening next door without going anywhere in our car. We shall definately be staying here again.
