Guest comments	I had a good experience staying at the Pyramid Tower Hotel. Check in was fast and effective.When I reached my room on the 3rd floor I discovered it was overlooking the adjoining hotel renovation work site. One call to reception and 5 mintues later I was being escorted to my new room on the 10th floor with great views of the Sunway Lagoon Water Park. I would recommend this hotel to both business and holiday travellers.

Guest comments	The reception staff and concierge are friendly and helpful. The room needs some maintanance as the wall painting in the room which I stayed has been faded off.
