Guest comments	The receptionist took great effort to give us two interconnecting non-smoking rooms as requested. The only lapse in service was that one of the rooms was not furnished with coffee.

Guest comments	Comfortable, fair-sized and quiet room -- probably a bit austere and plain for my taste. Efficient reception. Breakfast overpriced and nothing special at all, and served in a dark, gloomy room. While I would have no problems staying there again, the Prudential was not cheap and was not good value for money when compared to hotels of a similar standard elsewhere in HK.
