This is not a hotel for you if you want easy access to MTR; need to walk a lot of steps to the nearest one which take about 15 mins.
Services are very good, most staff are friendly and can speak English. There are lots of shops nearby for bargain shoppings. Hotel room is clean and reasonable size.

They upgraded us to a Panda Plus room with a huge King bed on the 27th floor because we requested a big bed in our reservation. The Check-in was prompt and friendly. We were only there for one night before heading to GuangZhou, but on our way back we probably will stay here for 6-days before returning to USA. The only bad thing was that the swimming pool was under repairs until June 16th. Everything else about this hotel is good.
