Very clean, good facilities, very helpful staff. Good cental location in the city. Only down side was the view, straight into offices.
But as a base it was ideal.

Great stay overall, would stay there again definitely as very good value for money. Staff super-friendly and polite. Location was superb and we walked everywhere from the city centre to Casino, southgate etc.
Bit strange but dirty pillow cases left on the floor for 3 out of our 5 night stay...not sure whether it's some good luck thing or just a housekeeping oversight, but wouldn't put me off staying again.
