I liked this hotel very much, ideal location for downtown Fukuoka and ideal for business. It is a great pity that the leisure facilities are so expensive, all hotels outside Japan offer this service free with staying guest. As it is normal for Japan to charge I think they should charge only a small amount for staying guest. I think this is a fairer system. Anyway after travelling for business for a good length of time, there is nothing nicer that do go for a swim or use the gym facilities but very expensive.
