Rooms
Oaks On Collins offers superbly appointed, self contained New York style studios. Each luxury studio features contemporary design and state-of-the-art kitchen and laundry facilities with stainless steel appliances.

Restaurant
First Floor Restaurant & Bar provides guests with breakfast and gorgeous views over the leafy tree-lined Collins Street. The hotel's relaxing lounge bar is also a perfect place to enjoy a dinner drink with friends.

General
With a total of 9 rooms, the conference facilities can cater from 10 to 20 guests. Other hotel facilities include a business centre, 10 metre lap pool, fully equipped gymnasium and sauna.

The First Floor Restaurant & Bar operates at 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM from Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. From 4th Feb 2007, the First Floor Restaurant & Bar will be closed for dinner service. Room service will still be available to your suite between the hours of 5.00 PM - 10.00 PM.

Guest comments	The apartment we had was lovely, with modern furnishings. Was a little on the small side, however we did not find that to be a problem. A block away from Southern Cross station and a few mins walk to the Casino. Would recommend to stay there.
