The location was excellent. The staff at the front counter were so friendly and helpful. The appartment was excellently outfitted. The laundry within the cupboard was a bonus. All appliances were A1. Will certainly come back on next visit to Cairns

No one is available on reception between 10pm - 6am with no clear indication of what one should do if they were to loose their key between these hours as access to even the foyer of the hotel would not be possible.
