Guest comments	we got a good deal on this room and the views etc are fantastic. However if we had to pay the fullprice of the room we would not be staying there. For a 5 star resort in the Barossa you would at least expect the premises to have a nice spa, maybe include breakfast but none of these two were included. The hotel has so much potential and not being used.

Guest comments	Stayed in a studio room with kitchenette. Crockery, cutlery supplies inadequate, only 1 dinner plate, no bowls etc for salad. Some service and attentiveness issues that were disappointing eg requested additional plate which never arrived, room key issues, lack of follow up between staff. Stayed before and had no problems previously, maybe lots of new inexperienced staff?
