Guest comments	I found the reception very welcoming and the restaurant very good. The room was also okay but I thought the bathroom especially the shower unit could have used an upgrade. The room was also a little dusty. Being located near the skybus terminal and having the city tram route outside the front door, the location is good except for those rooms that face Latrobe St - a bit noisy for non city dwellers.

Guest comments	Booked this Hotel as it was very close to the Andre Rieu Concert. Fabulous Restaurant street level. Reception very nice. Room was ok but very "tired". Needs a general clean up - ie carpets badly stained, shower could be cleaner (grouting awful) and some painting would go a long way to make this Hotel better. Car parking at $15 very good. Despite above, would stay again purely and simply because it was in a very handy position.

Guest comments	Great location if you want to be close to Telstra Stadium, Southern Cross Rail Station, DFO or Docklands. Excellent value, has everything you need and has a restaurant downstairs so room service is available and you dont need to go searching the city the next morning for a place to have breakfast. Very convenient.
