| Guest comments | Comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Misted glass used in some bedrooms was unpleasant but we were able to move rooms. | ||

| Guest comments | Excellent situation very close to the railway station. The building is very easy to find but it is a bit difficult to reach the lobby at the 3rd floor after a zig zag path between escalators and different corridors at rigth angles. Excellent breakfast buffet in a very nice restaurant. | ||

| Guest comments | Room was nice, but very small (especially the bathroom was of the size of a ship's crew cabin- I do not mean a cruise ship); everything seemed to be charged extra (newspaper, mineral water) or had to be asked for. The European breakfast was for over 3/4 in fact Japanese. Onsen was ok, but there too it was specified that you had to use the towel from your own bathroom. As my wife put it: a minimalistic 4 star hotel that was meant to be like that. | ||
